On the surface I do not feel this is inappropriate.>> Oh, I agree completely that that is the job of a PR firm and LFC, Inc. has been doing what they were hired to do. My only point is that, when the firm gets paid not in cash but in stock, the water is muddied a bit. Add that to the fact that the company seems to have a predilection to working with companies "on the fringe" and it makes me wonder what is really going on at RACE.
