Razorbak, I didn't mean to cause a stir. KNIC was just a failed daytrade, I was not looking at it as an investment, I saw the volume and was thinking something was up and maybe I could get a 1/4 out of it, when it started to slow down with no real movement I sold for 1/32 above my entry no lose no gain (I just needed something to do with my play money) As far as the floorless convertibles never even looked I was just on volume watch, didn't think it was necessary for a daytrade. I never invest (well almost never) long with companies that have floorless convertibles IMO they are never good and to be honest I don't understand them that well,as you know there are fixed terms, ratios based on stock prices, domestic and offshore, they tend to confuse me so I just stay away there are many other stocks to invest in that don't have them.
