Yaacov. Csco. I understand that there were only enough shares available for a 3 for 2 split. Maybe they wanted to wait until the stock was up more and maybe they will be looking for authorization of more shares so they can announce a 2 for 1 split. I think this guess is just as good as any. I would not want to come up with something more sinister, like worrying about a slow down because of competition. Csco is starting to get into my eyesight. Sonny
