Thanks for info... OK, looks like the financial backdrop is a little dicier than I thought. I don't view you as a basher, you are just giving it straight. The way I look at it, a 18% cost overrun is not all that bad, its the nominal scale of the thing that is scares poeple (175 million). But any big scale infrastructure venture is going to eat up hundreds of millions. Just look at GBLX, my favorite Internet infrastructure play. DocStone
