Has anyone heard what would happen should MSFT lose and the Co. is split into 3 parts from anyone actually in the know?

Have seen several posts saying that it would be beneficial to stockholders if MSFT was actually split up and can see some of the merits of their arguments but have yet to see or hear any of the big guys (IBD, CNBC, WSJ....) actually come out either way on their prediction of what would happen if MSFT was split up.

Talk of a split are very premature. If it were to eventually occur, it would probably occur with management's consent maybe 5 to 10 years from now. However, MSFT would have to dominate the entire industry in most ways before this occurs. I am sure if they accomplish this, the company should be worth a lot more than it is today. IMHO you don't even need to worry about post breakup stock prices.
