Alright, another e.Schwab guy! I did the same thing as you because of the postings is this group. I'm a bit unclear on the covered calls, could you help clear me up a bit. Are you buying and selling the calls themselves to make the profit or are you excering your option to buy the TECD shares? A side note from Schwab. When using their web page to buy and sell options, they ask you how many contracts you want to buy. In Schwab's terms (and maybe everybody else's - I'm new to this), a contract is an option to buy or sell a lot (100) shares, so buying 100 contracts is actually options for 10,000 shares if I understood the broker at Schwab correctly.
