David, I am just trying to understand what is going on here. The registrant is Terry right??? So how can he issue 3.68 mil shares to Datapower after the R/S if there is only 2.5 mil shares total in existence after the R/S. The only way I can figure to do that is print new shares unless I am missing something. If they issue the shares before the R/S than after the split Datapower will only have 368,000 shares which is no where near 59 percent of 2.5 mil. The way I explained is the only way it seems to workout best I can tell???
