Thanks for the McData info. I heard from an industry source last summer [not company A] that security was a big issue and that it was his contention that Regular Fibre Channel SANs actually DECREASE the security of Corporate Networks.  This was one of his reasons [along with hardware interop issues, and management software] for the slow acceptance of SANs to date. I think this might be an important issue.

BTW- Cheap motels are no place for a man of your stature. <g>
