Be careful of shareholder counts. Shares held by several shareholders in street name may be counted as one for the brokerage firm.
I am lead plaintiff on the Phil lawsuit. When I read the suit I was totally revolted. I graduated from the same college as Andy Grove at around the same time. He should be ashamed of himself!!!
