Jerome,

I think the following is close to what you were looking for.

The earnings estimates has been updated for this year and next year
for each individual stock in the group of 41 stocks. The updating
was accomplished through the use of the online Zack's database.

The table below shows each stock along with Friday's closing price,
this year and next years earnings estimate, and the PE utilizing next
years earnings estimates. The table is sorted by next years earnings
estimate for each stock.

With a little study, several observations can be made. I will put
forth a couple. First, it is interesting to look at the three mask
makers, DPMI, PLAB and MASK. Both DPMI and PLAB are selling for next
year's PE of 28 and 23 respectively, while MASK is selling for a PE
of 9. Putting it another way, MASK can be bought for 12.88 per share
and yield next years earnings estimate of 1.36 per share, while you
have to pay 25.00 per share for PLAB which will yield next years
earnings estimate of 1.09 per share. MASK also has this year's
earnings estimate placed at 1.16 per share while PLAB is a poor
second at 0.64 per share. The same general type of observation holds
true when comparing MASK and DPMI.

Secondly, there are only 2 stocks in the table selling for a PE of
less than 10 based on next years earnings. These 2 stocks are MASK
with a PE of 9 and AFLX with a PE of 6! For those of you who have
looked at the previous post and noted that AFLX was last in the table
with a loss of 18 percent in share price last week, the question
might be asked "What gives?". All of this price action on AFLX after
a reasonably good annual report of a couple of weeks ago.

I should disclose here that I do own AFLX and FSII shares, but I do
not own DPMI, PLAB or MASK shares.
