The earnings must be released by 2/15 (45 days). I'm hoping sales will be up - think the dead wood has been cleared and any new growth since should be stable. I'm a bit disappointed about the settlement. I think they could have fought it quite effectively and I'm amazed at their offer to refund losses in the stock. They must be quite confident that their exposure is very slight and this will put all the bad stuff behind them. Wish you'd try ordering some products, Jeff. They are really great. Have you heard from your recruit yet? Any new prospects? Remember, this business doesn't take much to make it work, but it takes a consistent effort at whatever level you decide to put in.
