I have always said their is a semblance of truth to their claim. They would be very foolish if this were not so. That was so at Bre-X too. Of course Bre-X was made out of whole cloth. They lied like rugs about every single aspect. They made up geochemical anomalies and geology like it was pulp fiction. Some people actually believe that De Guzman found all those indicator elements and panned gold there initially or that the previous drill holes by the same group had
"narrow intersections of a good grade of gold". It was a scam from a long long way off and Mr. Felderhof was not duped in the slightest. Not this time or the previous time that he drilled it.

In fact Bre-X never had any gold at all. Not in the core in the first drilling by Westralian, nor in any of the drilling that Bre-X did of such infamy. There was no gold or arsenic or mercury in any of the soil samples that they took. You find that from time to time in barren areas, even in producing gold districts. I had claims like that once. The best looking veins you ever saw. Right on strike with a producing mine, a scant one mile away. No vein sample of sulphidized green carbonate and quartz had even the faintest trace of gold in it after 100's of samples over a ten year period. Eventually I lost the claims and many people have fought over staking to beat me for them.

Now I know that Bolivia has all kinds of gold. And there are many old workings in that valley. I know many valleys like it. All kinds of extrapolations can be made about possible production.

Unfortunately I have scant dollars to invest in anything but my own abortive attempts to concentrate the yellow metal so I wish you luck in this misty far off valley of dreams. At this time I cannot participate, tantalizing though the excitement of new ventures in fabled lands may be. Let me know if you need the services of a qualified gold exploration geologist who can set you straight in the development of million of untapped ounces that we can say exists without any question whatsover. Unimpeachable geological reports are available that someday we imagine God may use as an example of the best of the works of men of conscience and integrity.
