I have no idea what you are talking about. UPS is only the preferred advantage price-wise in a few scenarios. USPS priority mail undercuts them easily as do some local carriers and almost everybody undercuts them on nationwide deliveries (theres even a USPS ad about it with the little trucks driving across country with the various chgs - DUH!). The problem is USPS cannot be used for everything and UPS can... and with the current business model you are stuck since generally you have to negotiate rates for your entire business. My post says that Mr. clueless.
