jamjaw .. the shareholders voted to increase the authorized shares to 100M. I don't believe that any more shares can be issued and be free trading until the company is SEC-compliant (fully reporting status.) When that will be is anybody's guess, but I'll suggest 5 months after we filed, which would be March 13. But it is in the SEC's hands and I believe that they are swamped with filings right now. The number of shares that will be issued in the future will be determined by the stock price, so I can't put an absolute number on that.
