I have been coming to a thought that one of the reasons for QNTM's slide is a lack of clarity about who or what they are. One reason for this is that maybe they have not decided yet. I can never forget that they negotiated hard to have DEC take the DLT out of the deal back when they acquired the assets and that QNTM felt the jewel they were really going after was the now denuded head mfg. arm.
