To All: Check out today's Barrons IPO section - great article about UIHIA's IPO this week which they say is Hot - along with the MSFT deal they have - they recommend that their readers buy the IPO and hold it. They also mention that UIHIA will continue to hold a 63% stake in the spinoff. Now what does everyone think will happen to UIHIA this week after the IPO? Every $1 up in the spinoff means $2 in value of UIHIA's shares. The fire sale has begun on UIHIA ! The math here is the opposite of DBCC! way undervalued - do it yourself. Good luck to all
