Dear Mr. Peter Huff,

I am writing you as a shareholder of Life One and a member of Silicon Investor. Some of the members Of S.I. shared the amount of their holdings of LifeOne stock and it amounted to more than (#######). That is not the total; some shareholders elected to keep their volume private others have added to their positions.

I do not have to tell you that this has been a tough period for LONE shareholder's and I can not expect you to release insider information. We accept that LifeOne is facing many short term obstacles. Apart from these current obstacles, what is your vision for this company for the near future (3-5 years) and specifically, how is LifeOne going to achieve this vision.

You have an excellent reputation. An acknowledgement of you commitment to LifeOne would be a confidence builder to those of us who do not day to day interaction with the company.

Feel free to communicate with me by letter, e-mail or phone which I will share with fellow investors. Use an intermediary if you wish. No one of this group wants to misuse your time.
