All Christian denominations that accept Jesus as the divine son of God who was Crucified for the sins of mankind and raise by the Father for their justification. They must also accept both the New and Old Testaments as the Word of God. They must believe that Jesus is the only source of forgiveness of sins and salvation, the only source of reconciliation between man and God. They must also believe in the Trinity.
I basically believe in the Nicene Creed even though I am not a Roman Catholic. Father the creator of all things, Jesus the only begotten Son who was Crucified for the sins of men, and the Holy Spirit as comforter and teacher, one holy mystical and united Church and the Communion of saints, the Resurrection of the Body and life everlasting.
This is just a quick and basic foundation. I may have forgotten certain elements. All who believe this are the Body of Christ and belong to the Christian Church.
Baptist, Methodist, most Charismatics, Jews for Jesus, Cahtolic, Orthodox, Anglican, Episcopalians, Lutherans etc. There are probably many minor doctrines that I disagree with, but the central doctrines of salvation are there. In everyone of these churches you can go an listen to the central elements of the Gospel for salvation almost every Sunday. There are definitely many renegade local "churches" in these denominations, but that doesn't change the fact. Just as the ancient "church" of the Old TEstament often had many of its people apostasizing, so the Christian Churches also have the same problem but the memebers who believe remain the Body of Christ and the true Church of Chirst.
