Sorry, that was poorly expressed. I should have said that the rate of price appreciation is well in excess of the rate of increase in free cash flow per share. Either investors are expecting an acceleration of cash flow, or they view long term interest rates as dropping in the near future. Neither of these scenarios makes much sense to me. Consensus long-term growth (from analysts) is 30% per annum. My estimate is 42% per annum (which is a cheat, because I backed into that number from MSD's forecast of the timing of achieving a 25-30% market share). TTFN, CTC
