OK, OK, OK, now I am with you on the off label use thoughts, but I still love the possibility of what may happen with ONTAK in that area! Obviously, getting a fast track approval is the quickest way to get a drug to market and ring the register. Also, while the drug is being sold, further trials of efficacy and safety can be ongoing and might very well expand the market of said drug. I have often seen drugs come out years after introduction with added approved indications. The reps love it! Greg
