All VERY good reasons. Now here is something interesting... interest rates on the 30 year bond tend to correlate fairly well with the DOW. Except for this past week where the DOW has lagged... I suspect we will make that up next week with a 300-500 point or more jump in the DOW. Unfortunately, my Barron's indicators don't support that kind of thing for this coming week. Of course they didn't either for the week past.

So what do I know?
