That is really weird Bill, I just tried it again right now and it comes up just fine. I don't know what MBT has going on, but one ought to be able to access your account, especially off hours. But even though I can get in, I can't make head nor tails of what it tells me.
Gosh it is confusing. If only a broker could make it simple.......
