I had forgotten about that interview and the comments Siebel made about the software being more friendly to the sales force. Thanks for reminding me.

I agree with your thinking about the potential the company has for being the next gorilla. Siebel Systems up until now has proven to be a remarkable story of execution by management. The stronger their dominance in the market becomes, the less the company will depend on the need for perfect or near perfect execution. For now though, I think the story is in the early chapters, subjecting the company and investors to being dependent on nearly flawless execution.
