I think one of the big renters from VTR (VC?) is potentially chapter 11. This appears to be affecting the share price of VTR...Any one now the long term history on VTR? Were they one and the same some time back? good luck...I was considering a purchase with the large dividend looming, but I think it will be more prudent to see how VTR's tenant fares. comments? pat
