I contacted the FDA about a month ago regarding the time period of one year. Finally, I was connected with the department that handles the applications for estrogen. I was told that their policy deadline is 12 months from the time of the application. But everyone knows that the government doesn't need to create excuses for delays, its expected. If it is delayed past March, the call option holders will be some mighty angry bears.
