Street did not fulfill the promises he made. IMHO, his short term timeframe (being a turn around guy rather than a long term company leader) caused him to take a "swing for the fences approach", going for the mega deals when nobody will give a 100 million contract to a company with a going concern opinion. He was doing better filling a nich with smaller deals. It was a good trade Friday and still a possible buy out candidate at its depressed price. The one obtacle to a buy out is the tax issue
