I guess I'm confused then. The margin description sword gave implied (I thought) that you could go in and out as much as you wanted as long as you didn't use any intraday credit and didn't end up in the same stock at close of trading. Why is she not allowed to use the proceeds of the sale? She seems to be saying that both waterhouse and datek have been allowing this with no margin call.
