Graystone, I am not confused. The collective gives rights to individuals because every individual in the collective wants those rights. It's a conspiracy of cooperation for mutual survival and benefit. The individual cannot enforce the rights endowed by the collective (unless he is a hollywood tough guy LOL). The collective enforces those rights for the benefit of every individual in the collective. When the collective loses control of the enforcement apparatus and it is being used by a third party, government or business, for their own benefit and not the benefit of the collective individuals, then it is time to revolt.
