So are you going to get back in @ 43? Just a buck and a quarter left. Can't! Money is already earmarked for the down payment! I'm already started my pre-approval process (which these days consist of half the paperwork of an actual loan. They check on how much money I really have on my account and all, in addition to whether or not I run up big debts, bankruptcy, etc... That type of stuff. I'll know in about two weeks whether or not I'm pre-approved for a loan, but I expect to be (approved.) I look forward to going shopping for a home again!!! :-) Cheers, Joanna
