Chris they issue new shares... Thats why the reverse split.. Other wise they would have to issue 10 times the amount and ISSM would have a ton outstanding.. equals less share value.. These kinds of deals are not designed to increase the current share value.. Of course ISSM will own 60% of another company, but your shares will decrease by 10 fold.. The most important question is how much value does datapower bring to ISSM.. The only thing we know for sure is datapower has a web site.. There are no certified financial records for us to look at.. So it's a gamble.. The best you can do is call some guy with a bio on a web site and ask him some questions, and hope he is not pulling your leg.. By the way I have about 3 web sites.. They didn't cost me a cent.. In any deal, if you are not sure what is going on.. DO NOT invest big.. If you want to take a gamble, do it small.. Chas
