It looks like Murphy has raised his call from six to six to eight. Eight would be a $240 million dollar cap. As I remember he has had the $6 call out for well over 18 months.

As a comparison Level One has 35 million shares at a price of around $33/sh. Broadcom has 44 million shares at $131/share.

I don't consider SEEQ in the same class as either of these two firms, but comparisons are still useful.

Let's hope we plug in some day and we find someone has driven the price to $20/share, but it is more likely the $6-$8 range is tops until SEEQ shows some tangible sales and income growth.

Any way that is my read on this very nice turn of E$vents.

A buyout is always possible.
