INFOCALL'S VISION infocall.com Infocall is actively negotiating acquisitions of companies with combined revenues of over $80 million. These prospects are in the IT Staffing and PEO industries. The company expects to close on a number of these prospects in the first quarter of 1999. The company is seeking to raise a minimum of $5 million in acquisition capital to complete its first round of acquisitions. To this purpose it has signed EBI Securities NASDAQ East as its banking firm to handle this activity. The company also has a private placement offering available for qualified investors.
