KMT,

If I am not mistaking, you are one of the expert on Medinah. DO you mind answering these few questions.

After browsing through the website, recent news, projects descriptions and financial statements...

1) Can you tell me how they are financing the current exploration programs...Although they are not extremely expensive..It looks like, as of Sept. 30 98, they had very few $$ avail and 2X as much debt.
Since then, I haven't read anything about about some financing ?

2) What is the asset listed as ADVANCES TO SUBSIDIARIES.. $$ spent on former projects held by subsidiaries ?

3) The property looks like they are very good prospects... I like the prospect of the Catan vein... but on this subject I read that a channle 70-meter long was completed in early December..how come they have not reported on the average assays along that channel ?

4) When I first checked the MDIN before Xmas the stock had a market cap of some of some US$4M which was fair value and reasonable for the assets held by the company. Now after only a few exploration results which were good but didn't really proved anything as yet, the market cap is an 5X at US$18M following large volumes in recent days. In your opinion, what is the reason for this new valuation..other than promotional activities synchronised with the start of the drill program?
