Better look into this one a bit more Frosty. If government barriers drop, these ISPs will be eaten alive. Do you realize why there are so few ISPs in Singapore (their home base)? Newcomers need a license that costs 400k just to hang out a shingle. We have discussed this company before so be careful. Regards, Ice
