Honestly, Soul. . . I know next to nothing about ROMT. That is why I passed on the question. I answer posts from memory 99 percent of the time. . .but I can't very well answer about a company I don't know.

I only do DD on a company until I find something I don't like. . .then I just move on to another. It is only those few companies that have such a compelling story or expected news or turnaround or similar that keeps me there looking and looking. . . the ones that I just cannot leave alone that begin to feel comfortable.

I have a list of those companies and watch them daily for signs of life. If you have been following the thread long, you will see that I almost never get behind a company posted here for review. It is not so much an ego thing that causes this. . . but a trust issue.

I trust my own DD. The vast majority of posts made on stocks on SI are done so for reasons of personal gain. Human nature. Why would I want to discuss MSFT, when I don't own any and I don't think that we could make any money in it at this time?? Human nature.

So I have my list and others bring theres here. Since we are HOME, we welcome visitors from other threads and we welcome "their friends."
Namely their stocks. And we will listen to any argument made.

But the truly GREAT stock picks are not made during market hours. They are not made in arguments or discussion on this or any thread. They don't come from reading newsletters or analyst reports or listening to the buzz on the street. Or from looking at 10K reports with a microscope and fine toothed comb.

No, the really great stocks are the ones that keep popping into the conscious mind in the middle of the night or in the shower or while driving or walking. The ones that just will not go away. And after the sub-conscious right brain has sifted thru the data for hours or days and disected each stock to their bare essentials, then [when your mind is free of clutter] a single stock symbol is sent over into the left brain for CONSCIOUS examination and review.

Picking great stocks is not a science. . . it is an art.
