you are correct as they did have a problem in the past when not much was happening with the company and missed a number of filings..............they became current and now again they appear to have hit a similar situation. i am not really concerned but will wait for the results as i have commented before.........the word is that the numbers will make us smile. i dont like it anymore than you but i guess that is why they call it investing.........and maybe in this case, its a little gamble. i have always looked at risk/reward and willing to take this risk.......thus i must like the potential reward. jj
