Daaan - The letter sounds good. The "vision" question may be all encompassing, but I would be more specific. For example, when LONE has settled or won the case against the third participant in the lawsuit, and earnings are released, LONE's share price will certainly move upward. Is management's plan to apply for a NASDAQ small cap (not National Market) listing to get institutions to look at the company and their goals? This in turn would provide more exposure and more upward movement if the institutions invested. Are Conestoga and Statesman still on the table, and if so, does management plan on aggressively going after these companies at reasonable acquisition prices? Are there more ERISA deals in the works?

Those are a few of my thoughts. No problem if you decide not to include them. The share price is an interesting idea. I think it would surprise the heck out of LONE's directors to know that they have such a strong support base.
