Being located here in Texas myself, I can tell you we don't get too hung up on language particularly. This notion of speaking and living "Texan" though is a must- as they say, " you don't have to have been born here, just thank heaven you had the good sense to move here!". On an outdoor trip a while back my son asked me (in a serious way), "Dad, are we lost?". I told him, "son, as long as you're in Texas, you're never lost". Set him right at ease.
In central Texas (Fredrickburg and other towns), many folk there still speak German and enjoy their heritage. I love visiting with them. Lots of hard working, honest people, and you feel at home- just passing through on a holiday.
There are a lot of unknowns with CBNR, just like most BB co's. I'm putting a few bucks on Mr. J. If he gets the job done, and presents us with some facts to back up his progress, he could provide us with a great investment. I hope he sizes up his partners along the way, and cleans out the bad actors, if any come along. They poison honest effort and success- they are despicable in every way.
Frankly, besides making an extra buck or two, I would dearly love to get to talk about finding a man of integrity to back in the public marketplace. I'm sick of the low lifes that seem to be all over the place today. Give us something to brag about Mr. J!
good weekend to all. dd |
