I've seen this guy on TV before. If I'm not mistaken he recommended CheckFree a couple of months ago when it was trading around $20.00

I guess that's how he came across BLLS, through his relationship with CKFR. That means if you read between the lines here, it is only a matter of time until we see the CKFR / BLLS deal.
