be careful - negative earning doesn't give the full picture. Example UIHIA will do a spin off this week and retain 63% of the stock. UIHIA's interest in the stock will be equal to $60 a share at the merely IPO price without any premium or accounting for other assets. It being the ATHM of Europe and a deal with MSFT who will have a stake - this Morgan , Goldman IPO will be up big. Check Barrons today - the IPO is a great stock - quote "buy and hold" short at your own risk
