Facts:
Before the merger ISSM is a shell with some knowhow, no biz and a CEO which nobody believe in.
After the merger there will be appx. 6.2MM shares in ISSM, less than 30% in the float - Brian Harris will be in control, and all the activities from Datapower USA will be controlled by this entity the new ISSM.
Speculation:
I have no idea why Datapower chooses ISSM - Lot's of filing shells are available. - I do not know if any patent's of ISSM is worth something to Datapower - If the booked knowhow value of old-ISSM will do the trick of getting to Nasdaq - or simply if Datapower owners are in any way connected with Mr.Terry.
REQUEST:
I ask again, those able to do prober DD please search information on Datapower USA, so that we can get some facts on board here.
It is obvious that there are values in Datapower, WWV etc. - Our job is to evaluate that, in order to find the quote-level, for 6.2MM ISSM shares, where we will buy or sell.
Could we please continue discussing the subject, rather than trying to play psychological tricks, avoiding the facts, in order to move the price.
