Jerry, I would like to find out what exactly is the status of NPEC Indonesia's gold project. In their release of Aug 21st 1996, it was mentioned "On May 27, 1996 the company announced the start of a $500,000.00 work program designed to test the property for mineral occurrences............." Further down the release it also states" ...The company has received a highly favorable report from SImapertama's chief geologist and further hard data from the field can be released shortly after permission is received from Indonesian officials...." etc......

My questions are :
(a) who else is involved in the exploration and what are their roles?
(b) what T&Cs are involved (ie. who puts up what $$ and in return gets what % interest in the property, etc..) I understand this is usually the norm in such ventures.
(c) what happened to the hard data from the field? (I know, I know, things move slowly over here but NOT that slow......)
(d) in the map I have from JNelson, there was an area designated J00161. Who are our partners in this and is this the ONLY property we have interest in? Are there others?

Many Thanks and Regards.
Odi.
