990205 48% (BULL), 17% (BEAR), 35% (NEUTRAL). There is not much change between the BULL and the BEAR from last week. The market short term is trading sideway. The medium term signal is still bullish. The long term signal is bullish. Slowly accumulate giant blue chips (ie MSFT) on any further weakness.
