RE: Buying Dell as a play on Linux.
What happens if Gateway, Micron, IMB, etc. all jump and add Linux as a OS option? Won't that dilute the play on Dell? I called Dell and spoke to a sales representative about costs, availability, service etc. and she told me that they are getting a huge response and interest in Linux. There must be a play here? Has anyone else tried to get open an account with the VC firms to get a piece of the IPO on RED HAT? Any luck?

P.S. Running Linux and it is very, very smooth.
