Just spoke to my broker for some confirmations. He is hoping for some announcements "soon". He believes there have been a number of discussions with Skip Humphrey (MN Attorney General who is firmly against gambling on the internet) and that has led to clarification of his position. He is, perhaps, the leader of a group of 5 or 6 Attorney General's that are anti-gaming. The brokers understanding is Humphrey has been misunderstood and he is pro Bingo, anti Las Vegas style gaming (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, etc.) on the net and supports MGAM's game as long as they work within the framework established by NIGA (I THINK). With this support, the company would move forward with the TV game show approach this fall. Again, this has not been announced and is conjecture to some extent.

He also indicated the company is placing around 200 play stations a month and would like to increase to 300 new stations a month. There should be some news about this coming also.

The research report from the brokers in New York has been completed, approved, and not released. He is also expecting that soon and does not know why it is being delayed.

Kind of interesting stuff. Wait and see.
