I'd guess that SimWeb is a CUSTOMER.

You're guessing otherwise, but in any case YOU ARE GUESSING.

If SimWeb were owned by ZULU or ESVS, that would be a material fact, and it would be illegal for them to have not announced it publically. That's why I think my guess is more likely right.
