Daaan,

You might consider asking a few more practical questions. Such as, how soon after an agreement in principle with the remaining dbag is reached (assuming one is), will finanical information be released. The lack of public information on gross revenue, etc., dampens investor confidence.

Please provide the name your current accounting firm.

Is your position at LONE a full-time situation or is this one of many firms at which you act in an executive capacity.

Also, at present, excluding any potential agreements with debenture holders or acquisitions, how many shares of LONE are outstanding.

Perhaps not appropriate for the letter to Huff, but I am also curious about the repurchase of the debentures from the first group of dbags. Will LONE pay interest on the "loan" or simply refund the original $$.? Are either parties on the hook for the cost of legal actions taken?

Bobb.

BTW: I have been trying to buy 5K at 1/8 for about a week now and haven't gotten a thing. Anybody having any luck? I have lost so much on this one over the past few years that my ego hangs of every 1/64th of movement. But maybe I'll just breakdown and go for the 9/64ths.
