I don't recall whether I saw it on CNBC or read it somewhere. The thing that got me was the phrase "dollar collapse" hearing that from Goldman Sachs is stunning. Also the implications for the rsc sector is very good. I should mention that I can't recall if what I saw was directly from Goldman or someone's reporting on Goldman
