<<< this broadband buildout field is gettin' more dense with players everyday. >>>

Talking about Broadband, I saw a comment from a research report that they believe AOL has some leverage on the selection of cable vs phone lines, because AOL commands the main heed of subscribers in U.S. AOL is not in a hurry to move to the high speed access. Coincidently, AOL has not made any move yet even after @Home bought Excite (but can't say they will not move later :o).

Does this mean broadband is an over hyped non-existent issue for AOL? I am asking this question because I am long in AOL and one of the many worries for AOL shareholders is that they get left behind on this high speed access.

I'd like to hear more regarding this broadband issue and the technical trend in this area, this would also likely lead to more trading opportunities for all of us here on this thread.

Your information are appreciated.
