Rob: Seems to me that MMP is the one holding things up, but then of course that may be GHMC slant on the deal. As MIY holds controlling interest in GHMC, which oif the 3 stocks should one be in then? Sounds like MMP will be issuing a ton of shares in this "takeover"... will be see a resulting price decrease because of the dilution? MIY should be unchanged as a result as they will still have their stake in the play. Tough decision... stay with MIY or sell and pick up MMP? Heads or tails? Regards Dennis
